TheTMSway opens officially its mobile marketing platform to the public at the 2009 New York Venture Summit

Hong Kong — TheTMSway Ltd is invited to stage its innovative business in front of hundreds of venture capital firms and media for this year’s New York Venture Summit.

The company will join in the top 50 cutting-edge companies from around the world to showcase businesses in the areas of Internet Tech, Health Care and Clean Tech, presenting the newly developed self-service mobile marketing platform, TMSfactory.com, to officially go public on June 17 at the Digital Sandbox Network, New York City.

New iPhone 3GS to locate lost or stolen devices

Apple announces its new iPhone 3GS, the first ever model to capture video and the most powerful iPhone that the company has ever made.

According to reports, enhancements are crafted into the iPhone 3.0 operating system. These include voice command, downloading rented videos, and customization to additional languages such as Arabic, Hebrew, and Korean.

A new ‘Find My iPhone’ feature lets people use an Apple online Mobile Me service to locate lost or stolen devices.

The feature also lets people remotely erase all data from lost or stolen iPhones. The new operating system also lets iPhones connect to one another wirelessly for communal activities such as playing games.

2009 Mobile Marketing Association forum, Branding on focus

The Mobile Marketing Association (MMA) Forum 2009 kicked off in New York City with branding as its focus. The forum covers the entirety of mobile channel pointing consumer engagement, branding via mobile and social media, et cetera on top discussions.

Report reveals 10% increase on mobile advertising awareness

From US mobile phone users alone, 38% recalls seeing mobile ads via SMS at the first quarter of 2009. On other hand, 59% reveals Smartphone (such as iPhones) users seeing ads with mobile web advertising on top list, according to a report released by Brightkite-GfK Quarterly Report.

The increased breadth of mobile advertising reveals the most striking finding of the report with 23% Smartphone users recalls SMS advertising, 20% saw ads in social networks, and 15% from mobile TV/video. Report also reveals location-based network’s growth almost tripled to 15%. Read more
