How to create a vendor campaign?Go to "Campaign", click "New Campaign" and select the "Sales" side. You will be invited to register your new campaign and to select the type of offer you want to sell (coupon, ticket, goods, etc). After that, select the templates that you want to include on your site and fill up the forms associated to the templates to create the site of your offer.
TMS will automatically create the TMS code(s) associated to your site at the end of the process.
What kind of things can I sell using TMS?For the beta version, TMS gives you the tools to create a coupon for sale. You can manage the following: amount of your deal, the period where your coupons will be redeemable, and the number of offers to provide. When the campaign is successfully launched, you can go to "My Campaigns" and manage some of these parameters.
TMS is working on adding more categories of items that you will be able to sell using the TMS system. These include tickets, games and virtual goods for games, online goods and services, subscriptions. To learn about the updates, stay tuned on the TMSfactory blog.
How much does it cost to create a vendor campaign?It is totally FREE to set up a vendor campaign. The business model is based on a CPT (cost per transaction). TMS will only retain a fix fee percentage in each transaction made using the TMS platform.
How can consumers buy the items I sell?When a consumer access to your mobile offer, he can click the "buy" button. He will land to a page where he will be able to buy instantly the item on his mobile using TMS credits. TMS will also propose the consumers to buy the item online using a secure TMS web page where classic solutions can be offered (credit card or Pay Pal). If the second option is preferred, an automatic email will be sent to the consumers with a link to the payment web page. After a successful transaction, the consumer will receive a voucher or an immediate confirmation code to redeem the item purchased.
What is TMS credit?TMS credit is the TMS currency used for the transactions. Consumers can create a TMS credits account with a simple phone number and a confidential PIN. The TMS credits account can be loaded online (TMSPworld.com), on web site partners, in real venue partners, and via transfer from an existing account.
Is TMS Payment system safe?The interesting part in purchasing an item with TMS credits is that consumers are not required to provide their personal financial details for each purchase. In time a consumer decides to buy an item using the online web page solution, TMS will provide a secured environment for the transaction.
How I will be paid by TMS?When an item will be redeemed by the consumer, TMS will transfer the TMS credits value of this item to your TMS credit account in TMS factory "My Account" section. Any time, you will be able to redeem the TMS credits on your account by providing your bank account or Pay Pal information. You may use another transfer solution. Why sometime I'm not paid immediately by TMS when a coupon is sold?First, we need to respect the government regulations made for the consumer's protection. Based on the law in certain countries, consumers can cancel a transaction few days after having made the transaction. Therefore, TMS will transfer the TMS credits in your account only when the transaction is definitively validated or the coupon is redeemed.
Second, TMS has established certain rules to protect the consumers and for certain type of campaigns we paid the vendors when the coupons are redeemed. This, for an instance, will apply when there is more than one (1) month from the date of purchase up to the date where a consumer can start to redeem a purchased coupon. How do I know the number of people who have responded to my offer?When you successfully launched a campaign, you can access the analytics of this campaign via "My Campaign" and click at the ID of your campaign in the list. You will access to the real time metrics and data of your campaign.
How can I redeem the coupons sold (or offer) via TMS?When a consumer buys (or saves) one of your coupons via TMS, he receives a voucher with two (2) important codes: the "voucher code" which is a unique (6 digits) code that identifies the coupon sold, and the "redeem code" which is a unique (3 digits) code that enables you to redeem this unique voucher.
The process is simple and can be used to avoid fraud: When the consumer presents the voucher (or any time after you got the redeem code):
- Go to "MY TMS" (via an internet connected device: going to TMSsearch.com/MyTMS or using the TMS app) and log on with your TMS Factory account (login / password)

Enter the "voucher code" in the search box:
- If you have a "no found" message, this means the voucher doesn't match with one of your coupons (fake voucher?).
- If it's one of your coupons, you will land to a page where you will be invited to enter the "redeem code" to redeem the coupon. If the coupon was already redeemed, you will have the date and time in the screen. You can view the redeemed coupons in your campaign analytics (go to "my campaign" and "data" in the left menu bar).
Note: When a consumer makes a reservation to redeem his coupon, you can ask for the "voucher code" but we recommend the consumer to give you the "redeem code" only when he redeems the coupon. When this consumer comes to redeem his coupon you will need to collect the "redeem code".
